1.0.1 Released

Small update; fixed some things that we couldn't get done within the game jam.

Some of the fixes are:
- Huge performance boost,
- Bullets no longer spawn from player head,
- Removed useless exit button from main menu,
- Added version text to main menu,
- Added difficulty system to the game. (The game gets harder with time),
- Rocks spawn outside of player view, and spawn more often.
- Decreased fire rate.

We're looking forward to updating this game further. Can't wait for PP Jam #5!
